1872 - 1878, Johanna Heileman (City Brewery) 1878 - 1890, G. Heileman Brewing Co. 1890 - 1962,
G. Heileman Brewing Co., Inc. 1962 - 1996. Heileman had the following brands: Blatz,
Black label, Colt 45, Heidelberg, National Bohemian, Old Style, Silver Thunder,
Special Export Beer and Stag. In addition Heileman at one time or another owned:
Blitz-Weinhard Brewing Co (Henry Weinhard), Grain Belt Breweries , Lone Star,
Mickey's, Rainier Brewing Company,
Rheingold's, Schmidt's, Samuel Adams, and Wiedemann.
On July 1, 1996 the Stroh Brewery Company completed its acquisition
of G. Heileman Brewing Company through the bankruptcy court. The heilman brands are
now owned by Pabst Brewing.
We have several items from Old Style Brewing both with the Heileman brewery
and the Pabst or Stroh breweries.
