Pennsylvania Breweries History: Brewmasters International Brewing Company Brewmasters International Brewing Company was another name for the Fuhrmann & Schmidt Brewing Co. of Shamokin which was located on Harrison St. The Brewery was closed in 1974 and it was damaged by a fire in 1975 and never reopened. The brewery building was razed in the early 1980's and and the parcel is now occupied by a low income housing development. The F & S brands of beer were produced at this brewery.
