Top Of The Hill Restaurant & Brewery was created to prevent a national chain restaurant from occupying this same space, Top of the Hill was conceived to be the social crossroads of Chapel Hill- a mingling place for graduate students, faculty, town residents, tourists, undergraduates or anyone lucky enough to find themselves in the Southern part of heaven. Top Of The Hill Restaurant & Brewery brews the follwing beers: KENAN SUMMER LAGER Once called the Leaderboard Trophy Lager, this is a refreshing beer that has a light, delicate taste and a dry finish. Original Gravity 1040, Alcohol by Volume 4.2%. 20 oz Imperial $5.00; 16 oz Regular $4.50; 10 oz Half $3.50 OLD WELL WHITE A smooth and light wheat beer that is characteristically cloudy. Spiced with orange peel & coriander. Quite different and unexpected.
