New York Breweries History: Ellicottville Brewing

The Ellicottville Brewing Company was established in 1995 in the village of Ellicottville, a ski hamlet in the rolling hills of western New York. The "Beer Garden" is the only open air dining in Ellicottville. A second operation has been opened in downtown Fredonia New York.
