Michigan Breweries History: New Holland Brewing Jason Spaulding and Brett VanderKamp started the New Holland Brewing company after successfully working with an elaborate home brewing system throughout their college years. The New Holland Brewing features the High Gravity series of beers that are available in limited quantities. Four styles are released in a given year This series is an opportunity to showcase the artistic talents of The New Holland Brewing brewers. They are allowed to express themselves without regard to cost of materials or popular public taste. Each batch contains a minimum of twice the ingredients of New Holland's regular brews andare aged in the cellar for at least six times as long and are significantly more complex to brew.
