European Breweries History: Ayinger

Although many brewers, both in Germany and throughout the world, now brew only a few beer syles, Ayinger brews a range of more than a dozen beers both bottled and draft. Some like Weinachts Bock (double dark and hearty winter beer;) Kirta Bier (light amber, refreshing autumn beer;) and Mai Bock (strong golden May bock beer;) are brewed seasonally. Others such as Kellerbier (golden turbid unfiltered cellar beer;) Licht Bräu-Weisse (light and low alcohol yeast wheat beer;) Ayinger Premium Pils (dry, light golden pilsner;) and Helles Bier (light golden beer;) are generally available locally. Beers in regular production, often seen both in local and export markets include Ayinger Bräu-Weisse (golden yeast wheat beer;) Ayinger Ur-Weisse (amber yeast wheat beer;) Ayinger Jahrhundertbier (deep golden export beer;) Ayinger Altbairisch Dunkel "ABD" (old Bavarian dark beer;) Ayinger Fest-Märzen (golden amber, rich festival beer) and Celebrator Doppelbock (dark, rich, full bodied double bock beer.)
