European Breweries History: Aktien Brewery
The principal activity of Aktien-Brauerei Kaufbeuren AG(AKTIEN-BRAUEREI)
is the brewing of its own brand name beer & the production of non-alcoholic
beverages, such as lemonade. In addition, the Company rents out bar and pub premises.
Only the Aktien brewery is authorized by the Bavarian government to brew
Kaufbeuren bier. Kaufbeuren is brewed for a special craftsmen festival in Aktien's
hometown of Kaufbeuren, it refelects Aktien's long brewing tradition and know how.
