California Breweries History: Bayhawk Ales

Bayhawk Ales was opened in 1995 by Bill Kimbrell in Irvine California. Bayhawk Ales was Formerly Orange County Brewing. They opened with three brews: Amber (Style: American Amber Ale), Honey (Style: American Pale Ale and Orange (Style: Fruit Beer).

Bayhawk Ales now has 5 brews: Amber Ale (Style: Amber / Red Ale), California Pale Ale (Style: Pale Ale), Chocolate Porter (Style: Chocolate / Coffee / Nut Beer), Hefeweizen (Style: Weizen / Weissbier, Hefe) and Hotel Laguna Lager (Style: Lager, Pale).
