Vermont Breweries History: Otter Creek Brewing
Otter Creek Brewing shipped opened in March of 1991. Four years later,
Otter Creek Brewing moved into a new state-of-the-art brewery just down the street
from the orriginal location. Otter Creek brews and bottles all their beers in
small batches at their micro-brewery to ensure freshness and consistent quality.
Otter Creek Brewing uses clear Vermont water, the best domestic malt and hops
available, and their own top-fermenting yeast. Otter Creek ales enjoy a
complexity of flavor, natural carbonation, and a creamy texture that is favored
by beer enthusiasts at pubs and restaurants throughout New England.
Otter Creek Brewing brews three year round beers (Copper Ale,
Pale Ale and Stovepipe Porter), a changing selection of seasonal ales, and
surprise batches of specialty brews.
