Mexican Breweries History: Tijuana Brewery
Cerveza Tijuana was founded in January of the year 2000.
Tijuana Brewery beers (TJBeers) are made from a select group of hops and malt
and are the result of years of refinement and testing by the Tijuana master
brewer. He aquired his vast knowledge of beers from his father and
grandfather along with several generations of master brewers in
his family who have worked in the most prestigious breweries of
the Czech Republic.
