Canadian Breweries History: Brick Brewing
Brick Brewing Co. Limited, the Waterloo, Ontario-based craft brewery
was founded by Jim Brickman in 1984. Brick Brewing converted a three story
145 year-old former furniture factory into a traditional European Brewhouse.
Brick Brewing Company added a second facility in the hamlet of
Formosa, the original site of one of Ontario's oldest breweries.
Brick is sold in key markets around Ontario
through Brewers Retail Outlets, Liquor Stores and selected licensed establishments.
